It's how alphys would want to design an AI for Sans

The lady done her research and found she found out Sans has a thing for humans.

What kind of material was Frisk made from?

Was there any prototypes before Frisk?

How durable is Frisk? Does she have some strength?

I hope this isn't a hassle to answer.

Now those are some exciting questions!!

The materials used for ai Frisk is similar to some some soft molding make up materials so that

1. she can having a soft surface protection that can protect her hard surface in case if she accidentally damage herself. (Much like a phone with a protective durable phone case the prevents it from fall damage)

2. She is able to give papyrus warm and soft hugs.

Of course every gadget device has some sort of prototype before the final results, and You'll see them eventually.

Sans hesitate to give ai frisk some strong strength. She is taking care of his bro after all. He doesn't trust ai frisk completely to have one. But she's fine with that, she's able to protect papyrus in some other way.
