he’s pacing the room, back and forth with hands in front of his body. they’re moving as he speaks and he’s not actually entirely sure if she can actually understand what he’s saying because he’s speaking so quickly. the words are happening in more of a flurry than coherently sounding sentences and barry’s not one hundred percent sure that he’s not speaking in super speed. “sorry, it’s just - so fascinating.”

THERE’S A LOT OF TIMES WHEN THEIR LIVES ARE CHAOS. When one thing crashes into the next, when he feels like there’s only time to grab a couple hours of shut-eye between slinging the shield at some bad guy’s face or cobbling the world back together from trying to actively fall apart.
