I was just able to watch Arthur Jafa’s short film “Apex” at the Luisiana in Denmark, which is a film discussing Black American culture. Unlike other short films I’ve seen (even the other ones in the current showing collection,) this ohe was made out of only still images and Robert Hood’s song “Minus.” Though I can’t find any recordings of it online (sadly,) if it comes to any museum near anyone here (or just in general) I’d recommend going to see it. I am now going to watch his other shorts that are hopefully online.
