I have been abused before and swore I would never allow myself to be vulnerable again. After years of self work I have been able to heal. Yet after last semester I have been struggling deeply. Destroying myself in fear I’ve let this happen again. After months of denial, episodes, and sleepless nights, I saw your piece on being used like a doll. It made me realize that yes it happened again. Please don’t take this the wrong way because I am grateful of this, I can begin the process of moving on.
i know we are strangers, but i am so proud of you for all the work you’ve done so far to heal, especially since i know how difficult it is, and how hopeless and tangled up it can make everything feel. nonetheless, relapses happen, and they don’t make you weak - it’s a normal part of recovery. i hope you can continue to heal, and i’m sending all the good vibes your way!!

tysm anon!! and yea, there’s plenty of artists that inspire me, both current/modern and historical. i also follow a lot of Cool Art People on tumblr; @mary-yanko, @cochleacochlea, @mohtz, @konstnik, @lucjan, @cptnhanni, @notmusa, @woonyoung, @m-oshun and @wehavekookies, for example. tbh there’s too many people out there who make great things, be it fanart or original work, to name them all, but. i may make a proper post later, if i find the time????
unaestheticallyaesthetic: thank you!! and honestly, someone getting my art tattooed would be pretty awesome. and i use Photoshop Elements 6.0 anon1: thanks nonny, i’m glad you think it’s nice. the out of focus thing is intentional at times, but it also tends to be a result of laziness; i usually start out by putting down some basic shapes and colors, and then work on light/atmosphere/vibe, and focusing on details and “clarity” comes last. so if the piece i’m working on is just a doodle, or vent art, i might not get to it at all. it’s probably not a very good way to draw, but it works for me. anon2: hello! i use Intuos Pro S :) anon3: well, i’m not exactly into KS, but i might draw some more yoonbum in the future? he’s an interesting character, so even if i’m not exactly a fan, i enjoy drawing him. and thank you very much, you’re all too nice to me ;;;
