#aromantic pride

I'm so sick and tired of the blatant queerphobia in the lgbtq. Yes sure, hetrophobia isn't real and will never be a true issue, that's your excuse right? For hating straight people? Why am I not allowed to be prideful for being transgender and straight? Why am I not allowed to be prideful for being aspec and straight? Why am I not allowed to be prideful for being polyamorous and straight? Why am I "not allowed to be straight this pride month"? Why do I have to lie about my identity to not get literally harassed online (true, by the way)? Why do I have to go along with jokes about how I'm completely invalid or I get called stupid for "thinking hetrophobia is real"? Why? People who say this are almost completely ignoring their straight queer siblings, even if they are trans or aspec or poly themselves! It makes no sense! People will hate on any relationship that is feminine for masculine, because they view it as straight, it's so so so annoying! You do not need slurs for straight people, that is not a very funny joke to make, queer straight people Are Not Your Oppressors.

My hot take is that we aromantic people deconstruct society's rules around relationships more than any other queer group does.
