If you were an Indian Sweet, you'd be Chena Murki.

What is it like?

Well, it is made from small cubes of fresh cottage cheese cooked and coated in a crystallized sugar syrup. Flavoured with Rose water and cardamom. (At times decorated with fancy silvet paper and pistachios). It is not as soft as Rasgulla but is more compact and denser.

They do come in cubes at times but I like the tiny spheres more.

My reasoning is as follows:
