I want this set so bad but it none of the pieced ever drop for me

The drop rates are really bad, but after two straight nights of grinding forge, I can offer some insight!

You are more likely to be matchmade with other players if you walk up the hallway instead of running/riding your sparrow in 

You are more likely to drop loot if you are the one putting in the offering, but it is possible to get something from someone else’s offering 

Higher difficulty offerings do not increase your chance of dropping something

It is rumored that if you die and buy your way back in via splicer key (instead of being revived), you have a decreased chance at getting loot. After doing this myself, I can confirm this does seem to be the case

The axes only spawn if you destroy the SIVA plant thing that appears in one of the domes on either side of the arena

Your inventory fills up very quickly in forge. If you don’t keep it clear, you will fill up your postmaster and potentially lose legendary loot (postmaster only holds 20 items, then starts deleting)

Keep your inventory clear by deleting all blue engrams/green items you drop

Archon’s Forge gear can also be acquired via the chest in the back of the ketch where you did the Khvostov mission (you will need a splicer intel relay to access this area) *loot is not guaranteed
