my coworker brought this cup a few weeks ago and it’s frying me, cuz my boss is so particular about stuff in the office, to a point where almost everything is intentional, including even that little pencil holder on the back (we all have the same) and then there’s this lol
love it
Latest 3d renders.
Finally had the time para aralin yung D5. Madali lang siya especially if marunong kang mag lumion. Also, mas mabilis ang rendering time ng D5. Downside lang is paid yung ibang features niya which includes yung mga magagandang assets. Mej mahal din pero if you’re someone na madaming project, kaya naman sigurong ma roi.
Posting these para ganahan ako mag study at mapirmahan ko 'to next year. Lol

Some articles have come out about AWU pulling their petition for a union at SHoP. Two good articles were from the Architects Newspaper and Curbed:
The unionization drive at SHoP Architects has failed, but the push to better the architecture industry will continue
It began with the George Floyd protests and ended a day before its vote.
The fight isn't over, even if union busting won this round. I found myself relating to some of people's own experiences despite me having a good job that I love.
The industry of architecture is just rife with exploitation and being underpaid. And not only that, but as a licensed architect, you carry so much risk and to protect the health, safety and welfare of the general public, yet we don't get recognized or properly paid for that kind of risk.
I continue to stand with Architectural Workers United, whatever their future may look like. And I hope others support this movement and spread the word.
Architecture employees at a prominent NYC firm, SHoP Architects, is pushing to unionize. This is a huge deal and is the first time a union in architecture has been pursued since the 1940s.
The architecture industry has exploited many employees by overworking them, overpromising clients with unrealistic deadlines and expectations, and underpaying. Just to name a few things.
I stand with Architectural Workers United, and I hope this union will bring systemic change to an industry that prides itself in overworking.
