You Watch In Silence ARC Review
Hello readers! I know this review is late. My apologies for that. Mother's day completely preoccupied my mind and as a result, I completely missed getting my review together. As an apology, I'm doing another double feature of two books! The first one is another ARC book I had the privilege of reading, You Watched In Silence by H. Lee. Justine! I did get the book for free in exchange for an honest reading.
I'm not going to spoil anything as I want you to read it when the book is released. What I will say is that it's a delightfully scary book. I was completely hooked from chapter one and that continued all the way until the end. The characters feel so human and multifaceted that at some points, I almost thought I was actually listening to the main character at times. Another thing to note is the horror.
When it comes to horror, I'll admit, I can be a bit picky. It's just because I ironically, can get very scared easily especially with certain topics (I still cannot watch creepy doll movies to save my life). But anyways, the suspense and horror in You Watched in Silence is amazing. I was completely creeped out but at the same time wanting more.
That's all I'm going to say cause again, I highly recommend that you pick up the book for yourself when it releases. You Watched in Silence is coming out on November 18th! The preorder is linked down below. I hope you stay safe and cozy friends. This is Jester Embers signing off.
