The thing about Deep Space Nine that really bugs me, is the death of Curzon. How did he die and when? We see him still alive when Dax is transferred to Jadzia at old age in s1e1, but then in s5e7 (the Risa episode) it’s revealed that Arandis f… him to death during jamaharon on Risa. It’s implied he died there. But he was very much still alive when Dax changed hosts? It’s just inconsistent. Idk why it bugs me, but it does lol

how did Arandis recognize Dax as soon as she stepped foot on Risa though? They don't give the impression Dax had been back since Curzon, unless the joining happened on Risa immediately after Curzon died. Or are Risians low-level telepaths?
