For drawing class we had to hybrid some subjects and I chose a moth and scorpion for mine because I love bugs! Moths are my favorite animal! :) Bonus scorpion render I did as preparation for my hybrid. It's a Cecopria moth and giant black scorpion! EDIT: the hybrid uses a giant black scorpion, the second one is a random scorpion i don’t know the species of
These drawings took me a LONG time to do and it hurt my hand but I'm proud of what I made and hope you all like it too! ^^

ARACHNOPHOBIA WARNING!!!
Was doing some research on tunnel spiders for a side quest dungeon ( And I've been meaning to watch this documentary it for " What happened at Camp Anderson" anyway)
and this tunnel spider they're showing he gets so grumpy and I laughed cuz he's like " GIVE IT BACK!"
( below the cut)
The sun spider is known for its great speed and powerful jaw. Oddly enough, sun spiders, which are also called wind scorpions or camel spiders, are neither spiders nor scorpions. They belong to the order Solifugae, a group of fast-moving, highly specialized arachnids which is a classification all of its own they aren’t scorpions as they don’t have stingers and they aren’t spider as they don’t web at all but tunnel and they don’t have the same fangs as true spiders or tarantula do they have two mandibles that act like a hack saw and in the middle of the two mandibles is its mouth part it eats its prey with what do you think I caught this one wild I’ll post another clip of them eating
