At the Frostval Gala, Lady Celestia has a secret dialogue option.

Many other things are different. Warlic didn't overload on mana and split into Wargoth protecting falconreach against SMUDD. Sepulchure didn't tear off his armour, falling further under the Shadowscythe's control. Serenity continues to live without memories of her past.
