I don't know if I have any following of other people with speech impediments, but I'm curious about broader opinions of the uwu voice (where you replace Rs and Ls with Ws) specifically in relation to speech impediments, as I've heard many different takes. These questions are specifically about how you feel about the uwu voice in relation to speech impediments (so unrelated to if you find it just annoying).
