This song was listed in my Prongsfoot Week post from this morning and it's been stuck in my head ever since. My music library has over 4,000 songs now and this is still in the top 20.

I love watching people grow as people and as artists. Approaching Nirvana's "Quixote" was released in 2012 and it's still one of my favourite songs of all time - and a significant part of a playlist I made for a major writing project still burned into my mind. I also adore Cervantes's Don Quixote and the Broadway adaptation of the novel, Man of La Mancha. It's beautiful all around and I've listened to it hundreds of times.
In 2022, AN released an album of remixes/rewrites of older songs, which included one of "Quixote" titled "Sancho", showcasing his changing style, artistic growth, and new technological skills. I still think of this song as a true companion to the original. Perhaps in 10-15 years we'll also get "Dulcinea"?
