Enjoy the gooey goodness of this 3 Cheese Bread with Marinara Dip. It's a great snack or appetizer for any event. The mix of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses on top of the crusty French bread and the tangy marinara sauce make for an irresistible flavor combination.
Ingredients: 1 loaf French bread, sliced. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cups marinara sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Put the olive oil in a small saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. You can add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and marinara sauce. Take it off the heat after 5 to 7 minutes of simmering. On a baking sheet, lay out the sliced French bread. Add a little bit of each cheese: mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese melts and bubbles. Warm up the cheesy bread and dip it in the marinara sauce.
