I understand that this would fall under the label of a darkship, however while I do ship it, I always remember that these are representatives of nations of real people who have gone through atrocities, and that I do not romanticize. I romanticize the relationship itself, whether that be a burning hatred towards the other or the need for an embrace and acceptance from the other.
