loves horse riding and has a few horses too
is good at fencing too
used to live with Vatican City when he was part of the Papal State
is in very good terms with many countries but mostly Switzerland and Italy
used to be able to speak many languages but now only knows english, latin and italian
I currently have ideas for Keflavík, Hafnarfjörður, and Reykjavík, and as with most of my headcanons, I imagine all of these headcanons as being in the Cold War when the US still had an active presence on Iceland, so think 1970-1980 ish

Likes wearing a military jacket as he was not against the military base being in his place, much more friendly with the US than other Icelandic cities/regions. The jacket he wears was a gift from the US because of how much more cooperative he is
Moody and picks arguments with others, holds his opinion to a higher degree because the US likes him
Hafnarfjörður - Reynir Jóhann

The younger brother of Reykjavík, a lot of siblings
speak German fluently because of German trading in the 1300s-1500s
likes to fish and feels horribly homesick if he is not somewhere along a coast, and really loves the ocean. He's a very mellow guy and keeps quieter, a contrast to his older brother
Reykjavík - Nikulás Máni
38 years old
older brother to all the municipalities of the capital region
tries to seem professional at all times, comes off as a little snappy and stressed out
holds grudges for a while and is hard to sway, sceptical of everything anyone ever tells him, ever.
The one that actually does the most work and keeps up with the parliament and iceland himself.
kind of a nationalist, but keeps that to himself
The capital region municipalities are all siblings, while the cities that make up reykjanesbær are cousins of them, because of the fact that reykjanesbær(consisting of Keflavik, Njarðvik, and Hafnir) formed as a municipality in 1995/1994, these three are also siblings.
