The 5th model of my MMD Hetalia fem!Roman Emperors series.Feel free to use her but always remember to follow these rules:

1) You can edit her as long as she stays the same character and change her outfit as long as it doesn't show too much skin

2) Only use it on MMD, Illust Poser and Pocket MQO

3) No R18, nsfw, fetish. mecha, anthro, furry and kink staff.

4) Don't sell it nor use it to make profit. Commercial use is strictly forbidden.

5) Don't redistribute this model and don't claim it as your own.

6) Don't use it for hatred of any kind/towards any person or situation. And no politics and real life events especially recent ones.

7) No gore and heavy violence but a bit of blood and mild violence is okay.

8) Feel free to use it on pictures and videos. You can show me your work if you want.

9) You can ship this model with anyone except for the following which is only for platonic duos:

a) characters under 18 years old

b) her male counterpart, hws Agrippina, hws Seneca and hws Burrus along with the opposite gender counterparts of the latest three

10)Comment when you download

11) You can show me your works with her, if you want it.

I think it’s just a silly comic gag. There isn’t much of an explanation.

You’ll see that at times, Hima likes to include anachronisms for the sake of humour. He’s fully aware of what he’s doing and makes sure the characters do too. 

The anachronisms in the Roman era are the funniest to me.
