good morning today i bring you something novak’s dad said about novak’s relationship with rafa and this is how rafa replied:

The other day, watching one of those many Japanese vlogs by office workers, I wondered how mundane -and quite depressing- Melinoë's life is in comparison to other trainers or even other Rocket members.

For example, if she goes home, it's a tedious +1 hour commute from Goldenrod to Saffron (subway, train, subway, walking), but for her, it's some relaxing time - if no one bothers her. Then, going to a small supermarket to grab something fast and easy to snack, some alcohol, energy drinks and treats for her pokemon. Arriving home isn't a huge thing, either. Her place is cold and dark as she arrives, despite her almost always leaving the windows closed - almost as if ghosts reside there. The ceiling lights rarely go on, as she relies only on small lamps or even the brightness from her computer(s) being the only light source you can see.

Those foods she bought? Left uneaten in the fridge. Sometimes a cup of tea is enough for her, as she's luckily aware of how much she sometimes drinks and how it gives her headaches the morning after.
