Was actually gonna ask this as anon because I'm very awkward about these kinds of things, but oh, well. I can't find anything and recently haven't had the time to, so maybe you'll have better luck? No idea.
Anyway! I'm autistic and have ADHD, and while I can remember to brush my teeth most of the time, I find myself avoiding it at all costs. Recently, I realized it was because of sensory issues. If you can find anything, do you have any tips on brushing your teeth with sensory issues? Or if any of your followers have any clues?

No need to be embarrassed about hygiene stuff. I think everyone has their own issues.
If your toothbrush feels too rough try a soft bristled one. My big issue is with toothpaste because it BURNS.
