OH IM DEFINITELY EXCITED!

Didn't seem like it was giving gifts today however. It was silent, watching. A hint of fur here and there, of deep, rich blue cloth. One would think it was here just to observe.

Until there was a vulpine bark.

It was during walking down paths -- uncharted, familiar to the locals but not so much for pair of adventuring monster hunters. Thick and overgrown on parts, with worn cobblestone peeking through of centuries of dirt and dust.

The bark however came a little bit off from the path. Loud, sharp, almost eerie -- as if something was trying to mimic a sound of a bark, but didn't quite know how long, the right pitch for such.

One look towards where the sound came however -- another path. Another path that had been completely hidden by the bushes and new trees. Between the foliage, the beast could be briefly seen. But only briefly. Small, brown and white, fluffy with long tail- ah. It was gone.

Apparently all it wanted today was to lead Marian to new, unfound trails.

[Marian] "You heard that too, right? What was that?"

[Estinien] "Aye I heard it."

[Marian] "What should we do? Should we follow it?"

[Estinien] "It sounded like a beast… but no beast I've heard. We should be cautious."

Heather, Jeff, and Liu were looking through an old photo album. The current photo? The year of her tenth birthday 2 months before the move. Margaret and Peter were fighting in the living room of their cramped single-story house, Heather and her older brothers were in her room. The boys were trying to calm her down, Jeff looked at his brother in desperation, Liu looked around then saw her game cube their father got her for Christmas and he put one of the small disks in turned out to be Wind Waker but still one of her favorites. Handing the controller to her the three played the game together, Liu finding stuff in the game and Liu helping her through the tricky parts. Jeff looked to her small clock on her night stand seeing it was almost time for dinner, Liu looking at the shadows on the wall in the hallway , they were still at it, Peter trying to reason with Margret to no avail. Liu pulled out his phone and ordered a pizza for the tree to share. While Heather hated days like this, she liked the fact her brothers were there for her...

Fast forward to the move. When they got to their new house Heather was nervous but she was wearing the dress her mother picked for good impression, She helped pull out boxes from the trunk, mainly the light ones because that's all her mother would allow, when It was time for school, Heather stayed close to her brothers, Till Keith and them started to mess with them, Now her brothers didn't want a fight but the others started it, And unfortunately during the scuffle one of them cut Heather pretty badly. Heather started to cry out of fear but when Jeff saw her cut, her...Blood... hearing her cry, That's when he went all out with it. Liu trying to fix her up, when the bus got there Jeff, Liu and heather walked to school. Then Liu got arrested and Heather spent her nights crying herself to sleep, Despite Margret ordering her not to. when the party came around Liu was released just in time, So the family of five went to Barbra's house, Jeff playing with the little kids while Heather stood there with her mother, arms folded in front of her as she was taught then Keith and his friends jumped the fence, and all chaos broke loose, Jeff stood up for the three of them, He got burned and Heather was rushing with water bucket after bucket, tears streaming down her face, her brother was screaming for help, screaming for it to end. Then he passed out. Heather didn't sleep for days till he was released.

after all that happened and Jeff carved his face, Margret trying to kill him, Jeff killed both their parents and severely injured Liu we went to Heather's room who she was softly crying, he went to attack her but she had grabbed his leg and lifted him up and he fell through the window and slid down the roof, he tried to get back in only to have to flee into the woods, leaving little Heather, the age of ten to have to deal with what he caused.
