Karamo will tell him to settle his beef with Kreese and Daniel because pent up anger isn't healthy. He would tell Johnny to face his insecurities head on. Karamo would also help him get out of his 80s obsessed rut and get in touch with the world. Karamo also helps him bond with his son and apologise to his ex-wife for leaving them behind, while they don’t get back together... he feels relieved and more confident in himself.

Bobby would redesign his apartment cuz his apartment is really really sad looking and he would turn it into a home that looks better than the LaRusso's because Bobby cringes at the weirdly Japanese appropriated decor.

Antoni would teach him how to cook and connect him to food. They both can relate on how their parents weren't there for them and Antoni would talk to Johnny about how food connects people together. he would also tell Johnny how much he reminds Antoni of his dad especially with the hoarding

Tan would judge his fashion so hard until he sees his younger photos. Johnny would want to dress like a rockstar but Tan tries his best to make that happen but he tones it down by a lot cuz glam rock fashion is simply too much for this modern world to happen

Jonathan would kind of be in love with him and call him a sweet baby. " LOVE YOUR BABY BLONDE LOCKS QUEEN, MY LITTLE GOLDILOCKS QUEEN" He would love Johnny. He would also tell Johnny the plots for Sister Act 1&2 cuz Johnny doesn't know what that is and Jonathan catches Johnny up on all the tea and on all gay culture

Miguel will say " YASS QUEEN!" when it's all done and uses all sorts of gay slang to describe him. 

Johnny will end up teaching the Fab 5 some karate but at the end of the day, Jonathan will turn it into ice-skating some how

Johnny would start accepting the queer community after all of this and be their biggest champion and puts a rainbow flag in the dojo.. cuz LOVE IS LOVE!
