Feral antisocial behaviour

Feral rats aka “vulnerable” criminals
If a teenager speaks loudly of your body or sexuality, in a perverse and provocative way: are there still allowed to call themselves “children”?
The Law needs to change worldwide, when it comes to children’s rights. Individuals under the age of 18 know full well they can get away with almost any crime, and take full advantage of this massive loophole.
Mediocre minds, ugly underdeveloped personalities publicly attack other people, who then cannot defend themselves. The process is often way too long, feckless parents usually resurface just in time to defend and encourage their adolescents: it is an ungodly mess.
If a person under the age of 18 addresses someone else like a common prostitute, makes sexual remarks about them; then they’re probably no longer the virginal innocent being that the Law claims they are. Therefore why on Earth should they be automatically protected by that Law of Man?
A shift needs to urgently happen in the way the balance is currently tilted. If a teenager is harassing or bullying, all the while laughing; then they cannot possibly hold the reigns to any society or civilisation. Their brain is simply not capable of leading anything yet, let alone the lives of others.
The set of laws which protect their so-called innocence needs to allow fully-grown adults to hold back the authority in the room.
Something HAS gone terribly bad, if the ones still wearing the nappies are allowed to run the town.
Moral structures have generally collapsed; and younger men and women are allowed to grow behavioural putrefaction in every corner of their country.
Regulations in ways teenagers can be documented must change NOW. Authority must immediately change hands. Before a great civilisation crumbles between their inexperienced pudgy little fingers.
