I’m noticing a lot of articles, especially on Wikipedia since it’s editable by many people, changing “Antisemitism” to “Anti-Israel sentiment” when talking about why Jews were being targeted in and fleeing the countries the were in. Especially when referring to Mizrahi and Sephardic communities or any Soviet region. I don’t know if I’m overreacting but to me it’s a bit alarming.

Seeing these stats made me feel like the paranoia I've had my whole life was justified. This isn't even considering the rate increase in 2025 yet. It's not that we have a "victim complex," it's the fact we are consistently gaslit in regards to our worries while used as political pawns. I despise when people use antisemitism as a shield from their own ignorant/hateful ways of thinking, yet we need to understand antisemitism is a shapeshifting virus and actually listen to our Jewish friends and family.

Just so everyone knows what’s going on, a lot of Jewish queer folks no longer feel safe going to Pride.
This isn’t about Israel or Palestine, this is about Pride and celebrating that. Banning Jewish Pride flags is antisemitic. The Star of David is the symbol of the Jewish religion.
We feel unwelcome in our own community and no one seems to notice. Please share this so people can understand.
"Zionist" is not a term to throw at every Jew you personally dislike and wish would die. "Zionist" is not synonymous with "I personally dislike you." Calling random Jews, especially Jews who made it abundantly clear that they are ideologically Doikaytist (belief in Jewish hereness which is fundamentally anti-zionist) "zionists" is antisemitism. I'm tired of antisemites frothing at the mouth to accuse Jews of killing babies when we speak about antisemitism and saying, yes, you background checking every Jew to make sure we're "one of the good ones" is antisemitism. Using "zionist" as an obvious stand in for calling us the K slur is antisemitism. Justifying harassing Jews at the only places we're supposed to be safe is antisemitism. Firebombing Beth Israel (a synagogue) was antisemitic violence and I'm so tired of hearing "oh but they support Israel" to justify antisemitic harassment and violence. I'm tired of opening tumblr to "antizionists" (antisemites) encouraging goyim to "protest" at synagogues under the guise of Freeing Palestine. You people don't care about Palestine. You're only using the suffering of others to justify your awful treatment of Jews. Discussing blatant antisemitism and calling it out when I see it does not make me a Zionist. The Levant is not my "ancestral homeland." I am an Ashkenazi Jewish Native American. My home is the lands I currently live on. Newsflash, you can be against the state of Israel and also combat antisemitism.
