To say that living is a privilege is to say that nonexistence is an injustice, which is absurd. There is no one being oppressed for not being born because, surprise, they do not exist. But to bring a child into this world is the first possible violation of consent, to make the choice of creating another's subjective experience fully aware that they may hate it.

All of us exist only because our parents were selfish and wanted a vessel for entertainment, or because of your father's perpetration of rape. Life is only born out of selfishness or tragedy and the cycle of trauma continues throughout the child's life and to the following generations ad nauseam. For every happy experience one person has, many many more will be trafficked, raped, beaten, exploited, killed. To ignore this is incredibly dangerous (and arguably bigoted as well) and ignores all the people pushed into the hellscapes of oppression.

So you’ve apparently built up your life to have all the material comfort, both in money and you’re a warm nurturing person, ready to parent. Then you go on and use all these resources to bring in a whole new person who had no need for them beforehand instead of offering it to someone who already existed and was in need of a caring, warm loving home.

Like bruh.

In 2017, a 17 year old girl was raped by an MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly) named Kuldeep Singh Sengar. This 17 year girl was abducted, took to the MLA's place, and was repeatedly raped and gangraped over the period of 7 days.

Her family continuously tried to file an FIR for 9 months but no police action takes place, AT ALL. No police accepted her FIR, until she went in front of the Chief Minister's house and tried to burn herself alive. The max that happens is that the police registers the FIR, that's it.

Her father who went to the police station to fight for justice regarding her daughter's case was beaten brutally multiple times, until he died.

Her uncle, who tried to get her justice, was jailed for 10 years in a fake case. That case was filed by the rapist Kuldeep.

When the case finally reached the court, two of her aunts who tried fighting the case with her were travelling along with the victim and lawyer. Her aunts were killed in an accident in which a truck intentionally hit their car, the victim and the lawyer seriously injured. This accident planned by the MLA, which succeeded.

In 2019, Sengar was proved to be guilty and got life imprisonment, but got released after 6 years. September 2025, he got out on bail, his sentence cancelled. In the words of the court, "there's no threat to the victim of the criminal because the police protects them." As soon as this happened, the victim and her mother started to get threats from his goons. "Now look what happens with you"

So, after all this, the victim and her mother tried protesting in front of India Gate calmly by holding merely handwritten posters saying "is this justice?". They were (including the victim) dragged away cruelly by the police into their vans to stop them from protesting.

Their are still protests happening, victim is still struggling and protesting to get that monster back in jail, meanwhile he roams around freely, lives in comfort with no one to touch his hair.

This is one case, their are thousands THOUSANDS of them happening every day all over India, little girls as young as newborns being victims. THIS IS BEING NORMALISED IN THIS COUNTRY. From Nirbhaya till now, nothing has changed!!!!! I remember watching Nirbhaya's news on tv when i was a little girl, and NOTHING HAS FUCKING CHANGED YET!! With the overpopulation crisis, every girl is just a statistic and no true laws exist.

No true laws exist in this country, it's all just a show. You're only alive, because you happen to be around people who don't want to hurt you. Police and judiciary is spineless, SPINELESS in this country. This country is for pimps and their goondogs who lick their asses. Heck no one even follows the traffic rules. The rules and punishments only exist for the already oppressed. The one's in the power are all perpetrators, monsters, criminals!!!

Don't let anyone ever convince you India is safe, or respects women, or is liveable at all. I'm so angry rn that i'm only able to form basic sentences atp, i'll only curse them if i speak further. India is a hellhole for women, and female, literally any.

The culture and the colors are a mask, to hide the extremely dark side of what is the reality of this country. Horrific, horrific things are happening in this country and no one bats as much as a fucking eye. The case i mentioned became big in the news, but it's still ongoing. There are MILLIONS of cases which never get any justice, and probably never will.
