Extrême Danger, Connaître et contrer l'extrême droite radicale, Streetpress (2026)

Ils sont identitaires, royalistes, catholiques-intégristes, nationalistes-révolutionnaires ou confusionnistes. Souvent violents, ils structurent une nébuleuse radicale en pleine expansion. Au terme de plusieurs années d’enquêtes, les journalistes du média d’investigation StreetPress ont recensé plus de 320 sections locales de groupuscules d’extrême droite extraparlementaire actifs en France. Cette cartographie inédite révèle l’ampleur de leur implantation et décrypte leurs stratégies, à travers les analyses de l’historien Nicolas Lebourg et des approfondissements des journalistes de StreetPress.

INTERNATIONAL COMMISSION OF JURISTS (ICJ) STATEMENT ON US ISRAEL ATTACK ON IRAN - 01 Mar 2026 | News, Press Releases | The International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) condemns the armed attack by the United States and Israel against Iran as a grave violation of the United Nations Charter and international law, and a significant threat to international peace and security, and to the enjoyment of human rights and humanitarian protection of people in multiple countries. The United States and Israel’s military strikes on 28 February were reported to have targeted, among others, senior political and military leaders, as well as military targets, with the stated aim of toppling the Iranian regime.  At least 80 children were killed in a strike on a school in Minab, southern Iran. Iran’s military response reportedly included several attacks on US military bases in the region, including in Qatar, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, as well as on Israel. Under the UN Charter and general international law, all UN Member States shall refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State. While UN Charter guarantees the right of UN Member States to individual or collective self-defence, such right may only be exercised if an armed attack occurs against a UN Member State or where so authorized by the UN Security Council as necessary to meet a threat to international peace and security. The ICJ recalls that States have an obligation under international law to take all feasible measures to prevent escalation and to protect civilian populations from the effects of armed conflict. For decades,  the Iranian authorities have been responsible for widespread human rights violations, including recent mass killings and other serious abuses against protesters. L’extrême droite est aux portes du pouvoir. Dans les urnes comme dans les esprits, ses thèmes, son narratif et son vocabulaire s’imposent. Il est encore temps d’inverser cette tendance, à condition de comprendre les rouages de cette progression et de réagir rapidement.

Nog nooit waren de alternatieve en inclusieve Dodenherdenkingen zo goed bezocht als afgelopen weekend. Naast deze grote opkomst voor een waardige herdenking die recht doet aan alle slachtoffers van genocide, oorlog en onderdrukking, ben ik ook diep geraakt en geinspireerd door de activisten die door heel Nederland in actie kwamen om de betekenis van ‘nooit meer’ levend te houden.

En dat is hard nodig. Want terwijl Schoof, Brekelmans en andere bewindslieden toespraken hielden over de Tweede Wereld Oordlog, zijn diezelfde bewindslieden onderdeel van een regering die zondebokpolitiek voert, islamofobie aanwakkert, vijandig staat tegenover trans en queer mensen en één van de laatste regeringen wereldwijd is die zich niet ondubbelzinnig verzet tegen de voortdurende genocide in Gaza.

Ik begrijp dat het ongemakkelijk kan voelen voor sommigen als er protest is tijdens de herdenking. Het is een belangrijk moment waarop we jaarlijks stilstaan bij een zwarte bladzijde van onze geschiedenis. Toch is het in een tijd waarin de anti-genocide beweging structureel wordt onderdrukt geen verassing dat mensen steeds verder moeten gaan om hun stem te laten horen. We moeten ook niet vergeten dat activisme de Dodenherdenking en Bevrijdingsdag al eerder heeft getransformeerd: door inzet van Joodse, Indische, Sinti-, Roma-, LHBTQ+- en antikoloniale groepen worden nu diverse oorlogsslachtoffers erkend, niet alleen Nederlandse militairen en verzetsstrijders.

Voor mij persoonlijk, waren de twee minuten stilte zonder de huidige genocide te noemen vele malen ongemakkelijker. Daarom werd ik vanochtend wakker met diepe dankbaarheid voor alle activisten die - in stilte of niet - hun verontwaardiging kenbaar hebben gemaakt. 

Voor wie de beelden heeft gezien wordt het steeds moeilijker vol te houden dat er niets aan de hand is. De onderdrukking en repressie zagen we afgelopen weekend weer. Mensen werden gewelddadig opgepakt, sommige met een hand over hun mond. In Leeuwarden werd een gebiedsverbod opgelegd voor het uitdelen van flyers met informatie over Hind Rajab. Undercover Agenten arresteerden activisten. Beveiliging probeerde mensen met Palestijnse vlaggen weg te sturen bij bevrijdingsfestivals. 

Toch was er ook heel veel hoop. In Arnhem zorgde burgemeester Marcouch voor een inclusieve herdenking door de slachtoffers in Gaza wel te noemen in zijn toespraak. Zangeres Sophie Straat stopte haar optreden in Zwolle totdat mensen met Palestijnse vlaggen met rust werden gelaten. In Amsterdam keerden burgers hun rug naar de premier en Kamervoorzitter Bosma. Van Leeuwarden tot Wageningen lieten mensen weten dat ‘nooit meer’ voor iedereen is – overal kwamen mensen in verzet tegen dit kabinet, overal hielden mensen vol, ondanks de tegenwerking.

Dit is het moment om deze hoopvolle burgerlijke actie en verzet kracht bij te zetten. Op 24 mei komen we daarom massaal samen met de hele Nederlandse progressieve beweging in verzet. We gaan de straat op om te laten zien dat we ons niet laten intimideren in onze strijd voor een Nederland voor iedereen. We demonstreren voor ons fundamentele recht om te kunnen demonstreren én tegen de hele extreemrechtse agenda die onze burgerrechten bedreigt. Samen zorgen wij ervoor dat de roep om rechtvaardigheid niet gesmoord kan worden!

Ik ga 24 mei de straat op!

Les amies, je tremble encore en écrivant ces mots : Marine Le Pen, l’incarnation même du népotisme et de la magouille nationaliste, reconnue coupable d’un vaste détournement de fonds ! Et interdite de se présenter à une élection ! C’EST HISTORIQUE !

On nous a tant répété qu’elle était “le choix du peuple”, “proche des classes populaires”... mais regardez-la, prise la main dans le sac, siphonnant nos impôts pendant qu’elle crachait sur l’Europe et prétendait défendre “les vrais gens” ! Les fascistes ne sont que des voleurs en costume, toujours.

Aujourd’hui, je pense à toutes les personnes que son parti a méprisées, persécutées, humiliées. Aux femmes qu’elle a trahies en s’alliant avec les pires réactionnaires. Aux migrantes qu’elle a diabolisées pour détourner l’attention de ses propres combines. À nous, féministes, antifascistes, qui avons dû lutter contre cette imposture depuis tant d’années.
