Something I noticed with the Wacky Watch Site
So, the setup of the website is pretty normal, with the interactive bit in the dead center of the screen, and the beach background. However, when you remove the ‘game’ element, and look at the background on it’s own:
The GUI’s location/the image’s positioning makes the canvas pop up perfectly cover a 3rd house in the image, while the other two buildings/huts(?) can be seen in normal viewing.
The hidden house appears to be red and black(?) or at least red, but more importantly.
It’s really…isolated from all the other buildings, which are otherwise right next to each other.
It could mean nothing, and just be pointless background decor, but I find it interesting.
Especially the choices in coloring, and Caine’s little paint game directly covering the existence of the house, making it kind of odd it’d be there at all if it’s just going to be hidden.
It covers it the same way on mobile landscape, and when mobile portrait, the building is completely off screen.
Idk.
