I think after enough polls they don't need introductions anymore, but still, we've got Anubis, Egyptian god of funerary rites, protector of graves, and guide to the Underworld, who I've been informed takes the form of either a man or a full jackal (as seen above) and the jackal-headed imagery we often see is meant to be more symbolic, and not a literal form he takes.
