Can you tell I love this arc??

The lizard woman of dinosaur island!

Basically imagine someone looks at the New Mexico whiptail lizard and gets inspired to make a movie about egg-laying asexually reproducing cavewoman on an island with prehistorics

Would have lots of pseudoscience about “missing links”, “wanting to evolve further by mating with a higher species”, allusions to myths of woman monsters mating with men.

No real lizardlike features for the woman except one woman having a forked tongue inconsistently, and *shudder* possibly an egg-laying scene done with prosthetics cut from most versions

My idea is that the script tries to sell the male lead as “converting lesbians with his mighty manliness” but in execution just comes off as their shared boytoy and a novelty.

AU- Six months after Romeo died and Renesmee left to be alone, she gets a call. Her parents got in contact to finally tell her there was nothing left to try. Romeo was really gone and there truly was no hope left. 

The following day during a moment of weakness she breaks down and calls Phoenix, getting his voicemail she pours her emotions, devastation and heart into his inbox. Since he didn’t answer and didn’t call her back she believed he truly meant what he said when he told her goodbye. She hadn’t known what she was thinking, only that she needed a someone, a friend, an anything, just to be there.

It wasn't until she was arriving home from a late night wander to clear her mind a few days later that she spotted him. Phoenix, outside her front door. Instantly breaking into tears she found herself pulled into a strong familiar embrace.  “I’ve got you sweetheart. I’m here.”

Sev yawned and continued to read the thick book occupying his lap. He was halfway done and wanted to finish it in two days.

" Sev!"

A familiar voice called out for him from the kitchen. Sev put the book on the nightstand and stood up. " What is-"

" SEV! COME HERE!!"

He blew off and quickly walked to the kitchen, placing his hand on the counter, and staring at Nikki. " What?"

" Help me do something."

" No."

Nikki blinked and stared at Sev as he turned and started to walk away. Did he really just tell her no? " This is my house y'know." She placed her cookbook down and walked to him.

" So?"

" So? Uh, that means help me make dinner."

He didn't say anything. All he did was close the door in her face and return to his chair.

" Fine. Why don't you just leave!" She shouted sarcastically.

After a few minutes of following instructions and cooking, Sev walked out his room and toward the door. " Goodbye."

" Where are you going?"

" Moving out."

" WHAT?" Nikki snapped her head toward him and looked shocked. He had one hand on the doorknob and a suitcase in the door. " NO!" She ran over and tackled him, sending them both to the ground.

Sev glared at the girl on top of him.

" NO leaving."

" Get off. I was joking."

" . . . oh. . . hehe."

She got off of him and watched as he picked himself up. " Now help."

" Fine. Get the fire extinguisher."

" Huh? What fo-"

The smell of smoke hit her nose and she whipped around. " NUUUUU!" She got the extinguisher and put the fire out. " Damn it Sev Imma get you."

" Mmm." Was all he said as he walked back down the hall
