so i actually have a habit of pinching fabric between my fingers and rubbing it, but it has to be the right fingerfeel. the best fabric for me is soft modal jersey, so i actually have a modal jersey bedsheet set and bring a pillowcase with me (sans pillow) when i'm traveling so i can have my fabric pinchies (which helps me sleep) and something sorta blankie-shaped to hold and push my face into. i hope this helps!

something really therapeutic about scrubbing something dirty and then washing the dirt-grime/whatever away after... like with bathroom tiles
