🍱: What is your thought on keeping pets? If you had to have one pet, which would you have?

“I haven’t had a pet since I left home for school, I kinda miss having a fuzzy friend. They fill a gap humans can’t, sometimes. My father had little dogs. Like, the little ones. Really little. I think I want a corgi, they’re funny looking lil things. Stubby legs, affectionate, kind of weird. Perfect.”

🍰: Are some holidays overly mainstream? Which ones feel pointless and over-exaggerated?

“Any god damn holiday that involves showing someone “extra” amounts of love. Valentine’s Day in any form, I can’t take it. Life is literally too short to wait for some calendar day to tell us that we should go out and shell out money for ridiculously expensive gifts, roses, all that other cheesy stuff. I mean, more power to people who do that. Not even knockin’. It’s just not for me, though. Love should be expressed to the fullest every day. Not in certain doses with an extra amount on a certain date just because of the gaudy, money grabbing schemes put out by companies. BUT, I’m not even gonna lie. I do get a little jealous when I see people celebrating. I might be bitter, maybe. Maybe.”

☕️: Do you prefer coffee or tea? Why?

“I drink coffee out of necessity, but I prefer tea a bit more. Tea doesn’t make me jittery and so hyperactive that I end up hearing colors. Plus, I like the variety of tea! Fruity blends are awesome.”

⇒ Sera hates the “cute” culture or doing aegyo, but on the inside she really likes plushies, little lace bows and all that cheesy romance movies. If asked however she will deny.

⇒ Nari is quite bossy and ruthless while working. She doesn’t accept a single mistake during a movie or video shoot but once the camera is off she becomes softer.

🍕: Are you a sports fanatic? If so, what kind? 

I’ve never had the time for sports, but if I had to pick one that I’d most likely would be interested in… polo? No, not the brand haha. I’m talking about the one played while riding horse back. Seems it would be fascinating to learn about if only I had the time.

🍜: Do you like heat or cold more? What is something you find unappealing about the other one?

I dislike the cold. I hate how the cold chills you to the bone, or freezes your joints. It’s awful, but the perks of cold is getting to wrap up in a nice sweater and another excuse to drink coffee. 

🍫: Do you have any guilty pleasures? Does the guilt in them come right away or slowly build up? Despite those feelings, are they worth it?

The only guilty pleasure I have is reading YA fiction. Most of it is all the same, really, it is. Girl has magic powers (shifty eyes) girl meets conflict, girl must choose between two people mostly likely a best friend or a guy she’s know for maybe one day… it’s so repetitive. And yet I read them anyway. They’re stable and give me something to do so it’s worth it if it helps me relax. 

 🍉: Could you stay with the same person all your life? Do you feel comfortable with a commitment like that? Why or why not?

Sometimes, in the grand scheme of it all, Hyoseong pays more attention to the fanciful whims which shroud her mind than those that surround her. Purposeful it is not, still she is unable to shake such habits off. An old dog can’t learn new tricks and a senior idol can’t slip away from habits which had been allowed to thrive. It should’ve been squashed years ago; with support of any nature - -she’d like to argue – it would’ve been possible. Alas, these inner disputes are for nothing. In fact she should stop thinking about these ridiculous notions and attempt to pay attention. 

Feigning comprehension, she nods and produces a strangled sound which implies agreement to an unknown statement. Something about a feline friend and the sink?  However she attempted to string a sentence with the only two elements overheard, nothing can be fathomed. Perhaps this particular phrase is slang, relatively unknown as it’s the first time she had (partially) heard it. Or perhaps she had misheard completely and the thoughts of kittens were produced by her own imagination. Oh bother. 

Contortion of the porcelain face, in what she assumes is a non-committal expression, exposes her befuddlement. “Yeah yeah, and, uhm, mhhm…” Filler words create a sentence lacking real intelligence; blind hope leaves her to believe he, too, is far to absorbed in the thoughts that wrack his brain. This, realistically, is a stretch but Hyoseong is known for her optimism and thick skin, as she is for her fickle nature and sporadic diversions in the midsts of queries unheard. It seems as though ‘cat’ is the keyword here – regardless of who had introduced the subject – and finally she is able to form an apprehensible sentence. “Did you know that a female cat is called a queen or a molly!”
