so happy I got to meet @/synibread!! Legit a huge inspiration, their art pushed me to get back to drawing :D

The first day:

Only checking out booths then watched the first show (completely forgot what it was other than it being dancing to music by performers).

At some point got a wee millepede that’s like mainly light blue with some (I think) light and (maybe) yellowish green named Milly (that I mistaken the fella as a caterpillar the entire time until I looked at the receipt upon gotten home) a part of a section of a booth selling the 3d printed things called adopt a familiar or something like that, originally thought of getting one of the two pillbugs but didn’t because it’s kinda difficult trying to get one unrolled compared to getting the one I ended grabbing into a straight line pose. There’s also another millepede that’s more of a purple colour with some blue named Tiana who I ended up not getting afterwards during the last two days to go with Milly as a buddy pair only bc I’m not completely into the choice of the colours used (I was tempted on the last day when I looked at that booth one more time tho).

The second day:

Just looking at more booths, was intending on seeing the first showing of the day because I wanna see how it is since it involves those horse girls from that anime/game (forgot what they were actually called) but ended up missing it and got mad about that (due to one of the frustrations related to how my sister and mom were at some parts during the first and second days), although I did see part of the fusion dance thing that was showed. Also played one of the free games there but the dance one I tried got too hard for me to bother playing more after the first song tho.

The third day:

Before heading down to where the booths is, I went to find the whiteboard where everyone was drawing on since I remembered it and wanted to have the chance of drawing on it too. Drew one of my OCs, Melrose on it (just her head including her name). If you see a head of a fluffy bee/bug with Melrose written above it + an arrow pointing from the name to the bug and “Ant Mt.” written underneath that, hi that was me.

After that, it actually went quite fine compared to the last two days (bc there was frustrations and everything) since we decided to go with me just looking around to see and check out the booths while they go and watch the first showing for the last day (it’s karaoke). Found what I think is a sticker (? Dunno) of a black cat wearing something with a blue flame (I did not know what anime/manga it was supposed to refer to) on the floor and did my best to figure out which booths it might have possibly belong to especially with trying to be as fast as I could so I don’t keep them waiting at the showing (it’s still karaoke somehow) they were watching after asking the person running a booth that I found the sticker close to if it belonged to them (it is not).

While looking at booths and searching which ones the sticker belongs to, there’s apparently a chair in the middle of the path in one of the aisles (or alley? Idk) and it has a puddle of water (at least I believe it’s water since it look clear and no I did not double check to see if it’s water bc I’m not risking it just to see if it’s truly water) underneath it. No clue why it’s there in the path and how there’s a water puddle under the chair.

After the confusing sight of the water puddle chair, I resumed to looking at more booths.

Then found a booth with dinosaurs and bit of other prehistoric animals made by citrussfriend (love her dino arts, go check her out-) and got so damn excited that after finishing looking at booths and heading to the show area, I got back to the booth and grabbed a charm of a pachyrhino (all of the nine options have the other side being their skeletons!). Might as well be the highlight of my day as I’m into dinosaurs/prehistoric animals related stuff-

Also found some sort of clip on with a blue jewel thing at a restroom we was gonna use (that we did not use in the end for what’s going to be mentioned at the end of the post) and took it to the lost and found so there is that I guess.

Of course though as how some conventions goes and especially certain types of conventions like the one I went to plus videos that talked about any notable things that happened at any conventions (although the experience I had went pretty normal for me beside the chair one mentioned earlier), there’s one for me.

Just slightly notable but probably/maybe expected and only happened in one of the restrooms when we were about to leave the building to head home. My mom was gonna go into one of the stalls and the toilet water in it is looking kinda yellow and got grossed out, we checked (and once I came back from the lost & found to check fully since I needed to go) the other stalls.

All of the toilet water is yellow.

Now I don’t know if it’s just the lighting in the restroom/whatever they put in the toilets making them look like that or possibly and likely that some aren’t even making sure they were flushed properly.

I bought the three day pass and only now I look at the schedule to find this..

You have no goddamn idea how lucky I am. How do I distinguish myself? Do I draw on a white shirt “I love sans yaoi?”

I don’t know what’s in it but god am I lucky
