First con of 2023! Thank you, @animeimpulse. • We might have skipped a year or two but we've been going to this con since the very first one. It's together with the Asian American Expo so after all the anime goodness, we get to enjoy all the samples AND picking up boxes of Mi-Goreng lol. • I honestly wasn't even planning to go... until guests were announced! I noticed that as the years pass, my con-going habits change. Before, I'd go with absolutely no plans. Now, I attend with more purpose - that being meeting favorite voice actors and artists. #animeimpulse 2023 satisfied both of those. • I was finally able to meet one of my favorite voices ever, Jonah Scott, who voiced Randy Orlando from the Trails series, Kojiro Nanjo from Sk8, and Akihiko from Given. Also met Howard Wang who was Langa. His *Canadian* "sorry" is the most adorable sound ever. I started watching artist alley vlogs lately and one of them was Ashley from Le Spirit Designs. I was glad to pick up an adorable Periwinkle tote from her before they packed up.
