The original Japanese series was called Sumairu PuriKyua!, Smile PreCure! or Smile Pretty Cure created by  Shōji Yonemura at Toei Animation.

This is day 27 of my #animateaugust sketch series of animated characters.

I almost feel like I’m cheating on the Princesses from Ever After High in drawing this one. ;) Rose Cinderella the star of the animated series Regal Academy, and granddaughter of Cinderella. The concept is similar to EAH, but only discovered it this past week and only seen one episode so don’t know how close they really are. Am interested to watch a few more.

C.A. Cupid - Is her destiny to be forever alone?

When first began to sketch Cupid, i knew she had to be more than just a standing pose. This scene grew quickly and obvious.

I do wonder why she left Monster High sometimes. Is there a story there?

Vivica - “Hey Star Dipper!”

Vivica is the ‘mean girl’ at Starling Academy in the series Star Darlings.

Draculaura - Daughter of Dracula and vegetarian vampire. First to make new friends at Monster High Getting this one up late tonight, but it is day 21 of my #animateaugust sketch series of animated characters.

A Bad Day for Praxina. After failing to once again capture Princess Iris and her friends in the animated series LoliRock, Praxina has had enough of her annoying brother Mephisto. The evil twins will no doubt be at it again tomorrow.
