If this comes across as trauma dump-y I'm sorry, don't feel obligated to read it- my family environment has always been pretty rough, and a lot of ideologies were pushed on me from young, one of the biggest things being my sexuality being repressed, as silly as it sounds-Hancock saved me from that. His emphasis on autonomy, acceptance and freedom really helped me escape and unlearn what was being pushed onto me and explore and accept myself without judgment, without your comic I highly doubt I would've been so deeply drawn to Hancock as a character, and I'm pretty damn sure I would be stuck deep in beliefs that were forced into me.

There have also been multiple instances where I've clung onto his character through very dark times, and I don't exaggerate when I say he has saved my life before, so by extension, you have unironically saved my life.

Ccwtc is my all-time favorite comic, I've read it about 1000 times over, and you are one of my two favorite artists of all time, my favorite franchise is now fallout with my favorite game of all time still being 4, I've beaten all of the games(except BOS and tactics lol) and of course- Hancock is still my all-time favorite character.

I'm 19 now, doing a lot better mentally, still play fallout 4 (almost) every night, I have a fallout journal from the pov of my ss that’s a whopping 800+ entries now after years of writing. Its a amazing and weirdly therapeutic hobby, and I feel I have you to thank for it.

Once again- sorry if this is out of left field and weird(it definitely is)- but I've been wanting to do this for years now, I made a tumblr account solely to apply for the 10 anniversary map lol, so I figured why not do this too.

I really appreciate you sending me this and also for telling me this and it means a lot that my comic and rendition of Hancock could be helpful to you! Hancock and Fallout 4 and the Fallout community in general also helped me a lot in many ways - working on this comic gave me an outlet and helped me improve my art, but also gave me hope when I was dealing with a lot.

I'm glad that you were able to find and accept yourself and that you're here doing better. You’ve come a long way! Btw 800+ entries is crazy and thats a lot of dedication! You've come a long way and I'm excited to see what you cook up for the MAP!
