Silent Hill 2 with Tom and Lyds

Just a throwback to when I finished Disco Elysium and wanted to try drawing some Yogs, Tom especially being a direct reference to The Novelty Dice Maker due to his affiliation with dice (that impressive collections of over 1000 asian dice)

Used references from his streams at the time in 2022

I also tried to draw Briony using Annette as the primary reference mainly because Briony is often tied to an innocent/wholesome image that has some spice "hidden" underneath (Lots of classic Briony moments now). Also have a great shot of Lydia since she was paired with Briony during a Jingla Jam gameshow.

I would have wanted to do more, but at the time, I was a bit hesitant at fully trying to capture someone IRL while still experimenting on digital—I didn't really want to mess it up. It especially didn't help that the usual subjects that I drew were men who have a lot of facial hair to hide a lot of my weaknesses at the time. Honestly hasn't changed today tbh.

Both were done in 2022 - May 8th/ May 19th

I might try to redo these and try to continue? I was planning on trying to get maybe Simon and Gee as the duo with the jackets back then, but IDK.
