The following is from a conversation with @zaffraniyat , I thought it is good read and I tried to "condense" it as much as I could.

Welp to put it simple I did a lot of traditional grimoires approach to archangels and angels, prayer approach, meditative approaches, traditional catholic prayers, prayers from the heart, "energy work", sigil magic, and multiple approach to working with them. There's a huge depth to working with them, but there's also the danger of that the archangels aren't "exclusively" interested in you. If I would try to condense all of my workings and experiences into few applicable or at least practical and insights that you can benefit from.

Always take a step back from your work with (arch)angels, sometime it could be destabilizing but the essential thing is that you're not in it to wrestle something out of the angel.

It is fine to indicate your preferences to them, so long as you also request from them to only give you what you ask for if it is in fact the best possible thing for you. The words of Gorakhnath also come to mind: “Without asking you get milk; when you ask you get water; and when you grab you get blood”, meaning you get the result that will best nourish you if you refrain from asking; you will get just (and only) what you ask for when you ask for it; and if you try to take what you want, you should remember that “khoon ka badla khoon” - when you steal you will be stolen from.",

Guardian angel, ask your guardian angel to transmit exactly what you need/want from the archangels and let angels sort it out. This is relying on letting the matter angels business stay in that realm, there need to be faith to know that the guardian angel will take care of it and sort it out for you(because they have your best interest in mind.,

Traditional Prayers, Candles, Novena, Litanies, simple prayers might ease you into the grimoire work instead of jumping straight into it. You will have more momentum going into it even if you decide to go a ritualist approach, I recommend starting with simpler/more devotional then immediately going with full contact.,

Sincerity and being open into the communication doesn't that the messages will come easily or clearly, if you imagine the archangels less than specific spirit but more of those collective massive forces that have a "face" but are really these huge towering ziggurat filled with angels, spirits, etc inside of them. This is for example my vision of Samuel/Kamael. Have the image of Ancient Triumphs/procession(Petrarch's Triumphs)

Everything has gone to plan and everyone is in agreement, so no correction or disciplinary action is in order. There is a great lesson to be delivered today. Jumping to conclusions about the thoughts of others can be harmful to both ourselves and them. While hypervigilance is a symptom of trauma, and absolutely not the sufferer's fault, I do think it's good to have a gentle reminder every now and then that not everything is the enemy.
