Existing BlackBerry user:

Download BlackBerry Link onto your computer.

Connect your old device to your computer using a USB cable.

Follow the steps provided on the BlackBerry Link screen.

Android or iPhone user:

Download the device switch app to both your old device and your new one, to transfer your Address Book contacts, calendar, and photos and videos on your device.

Download to your BlackBerry smartphone from BlackBerry World and follow the on-screen instructions

Download to your iPhone by visiting www.deviceswitch.com from your device.
