Ingredients: 1 package ladyfinger cookies. 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled. 8 oz mascarpone cheese. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips.
Instructions: Ladies' Finger cookies should be dipped in brewed espresso and then put in a tart pan to make the crust. Mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar should be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix the mascarpone and whipped cream together by folding them in slowly. Put the mascarpone mix on top of the ladyfinger crust. Put the tart in the fridge for at least two hours to chill. To serve, sprinkle dark chocolate chips and cocoa powder over the top.
