The Amrit Udyan (It was previously known as the Mughal Garden) is situated within the Rashtrapati Bhavan complex, which is at the heart of New Delhi. The Amrit Udyan are usually open to the public during the annual 'Udyanotsav' or Garden Festival. The festival typically takes place from mid-February to mid-March (February 2 to March 2024, when the gardens are in full bloom. In this festival, you can see many fountains, Asiatic lily, Tulips, etc.
