RabbitMQ queue uses single thread and it could handle up to 50k messages
Plugins to bypass limits is using plugins:
a. consistent hash exchange plugin
b. RabbitMq sharding

AMQP. The Road Ahead.
The AMQP 1.0 messaging protocol standard was finalized in 2012 and achieved ISO/IEC JTC 1 blessing as ISO/IEC 19464 in 2014. Since then, the protocol has been adopted for a broad variety of messaging applications, from classic enterprise messaging to application telemetry handling to attaching IoT devices to the cloud.
Hopping into RabbitMQ
So as a part of a pet project which has now evolved into something larger, I had to jump into the details of using RabbitMQ with Springboot. I am just going to throw in some links here that I followed and that gave me quite a bit of understanding on how to use it.
