π£ We are happy to share the news the FDA has just approved a new Botox alternative, DAXXIFY, which is shown to last longer than Botox. Based on the clinical studies, the results of Daxxify injection lasted for around 6 mounths on average, going to up to 9 months in some patients. π¬Daxxify works similar to Botox to block neuromuscular signal transmissions, therby relaxing muscles and reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It is also based on botulinum toxin, but with a different structure that allows its effect to last much longer than Botox and other medications in this group (Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau). πAs soon as it is available for clinical use, Dr. Jafari will be providing Daxxify injections.
