Physical touch - You can’t tell me this isn’t her love language, loves constantly having a hand somewhere on you, she’s finding some way to be touching you. This does mean she will try to cuddle you whenever she can, because she will either wrap herself around you (or wherever she can reach) or you’ll engulf her, she’s content either way. Will look embarrassed and flustered when you pick her up but don’t be fooled, she loves it. You’re showing off your strength and holding her? Count her in.

Words of affirmation - She always seems to know the right words to say to you, you don’t know how she does it and she never tells you. And always seems to know when you need those words. She comes by at the perfect time before laying a gloved hand on your shoulder or back, then says the words you need to hear. But she also loves teasing you, the amount of times she’ll gesture for you to step closer or lean down then say something to fluster you, is insane.

Physical touch - You shouldn’t be surprised. This gem will find any chance to drop her whole body weight onto your back when you least suspect it, and laughs at you for falling! This does often turn into cuddling on the floor, where someone will trip over the pair of you. Will carry you around if either of you feel like it, makes a show of carrying you with one arm. If you’re also a gem and can fuse, she is begging you. Loves fusing with you so much, especially the closeness, also if given the chance she’s showing off what you two can do together.

Quality time - She thinks it’s nice just knowing you’re nearby even if neither of you speak, no matter what she’s doing, she’ll spare a few glances your way. Always makes it clear you’re welcome to sit while she cleans, so don’t ever get worried about it or even trying to help, as much as she appreciates it, she’d rather you relax and she’ll watch you.

Every time he returns from a gem mission or just returning from town, he can’t help but to throw him at you and trap you in a bone crushing hug. The gems (Even if not all of them will admit it) find the love between you two adorable, glancing at the pair of you sitting next to each other, lightly pushing the other as you play your games.

Quality time - Lapis doesn’t need a lot to be content and happy, so she’s fine when you come to hang out with her and not do anything. Most of the time you’ll be invited to the barn just to rewatch Camp Pining Hearts, and you’re both content with that. Her absolute favourite thing is to take you for a flight, taking you far enough out where it’s just you two and the night sky.

Physical touch - Bismuth is a sucker for your attention, even more down for your touch. So whenever she gets the chance, she’s taking it. If someone sees either one of you they know the other isn’t far off. She’s not afraid of some pda. This gem loves being able to carry you around, whether it’s in her arms, on her shoulder. Whenever she passes by you, or even sees you, she has to rush over and give you a big ol’ smooch.
