This is the school lunch they served us when I was in middle school. I took these photos in 7th grade.

The only thing that changed when I went into high school is that now we're not allowed to use our phones at lunch.

To most American public school kids, this doesn't seem so bad. But the fact that this would be considered a decent lunch in most schools is disgusting. I once found a piece of tape in the "Dominoes" pizza they give us. A nail clipping in mashed potatoes, a hair in the corn. For some kids, school lunch is the only reliable meal of the day, and they're being fed cardboard pizza and soggy mystery slop mixed with a side of trash.

Most people started bringing their own lunches from home freshman year. The kids who couldn't didn't eat anything at all.

Oftentimes, some of my friends beg me to share my lunch with them. It seems light hearted and silly, but I know they're actually hungry. I remember convincing my friend to let me pack her extra food because she was skipping lunch and breakfast, since she had no time to pack anything for lunch or eat breakfast in the mornings, and the school lunch was too gross. She thinks it's normal to constantly be hungry, and her family is pretty well off, so she at least gets a good dinner when she gets home. Some kids don't even have that.

I skipped breakfast one time and I was so hungry I couldn't get anything done at all in my first 3 classes. Then I got to eat lunch. My friend didn't. People go in the lunch line just to have something to do. So much food gets wasted each day. Most of it gets thrown out. Kids play with their food, because the "food potions" we made when we were 5 are just as appetizing as the food we're served now. Some people eat the plastic tasting chicken nuggets, drink the expired milk, because we need food to get us through the day. So we can learn as well as possible. So we can keep up our grades. So we don't get yelled at for falling asleep in class from our 5 hours of sleep and empty stomachs.

It doesn't ever seem like that big of a deal. It's normal now, almost comedic, to have such horrible food. Everyone brushes it off. "Oh yeah public school lunches suck, haha."

But guys. People need food, especially children, to function properly. Eating shouldn't be a privilege.

What the actual fuck, y'all.

I shouldn't have to comb through insurance policies to figure out which one will fuck me the least... Goddamn, I'm a monster for thinking that dental and vision should be fucking included.

Just letting y'all know I literally called the supreme Court judge of Mississippi and told him to suck an entire cock and shut the fuck up for going after a trans teenager's name change. Y'all can call and make a change you guys can call and talk to these people and tell them that they suck you can tell them fuck you and you can tell them to suck a fucking dick because they fucking suck at their fucking jobs. Get angry and get angry directly at them! I have told the governor of Florida that I have fucked his wife on numerous occasions. these people have clerks who take calls for them they have secretaries who take these calls. Call these judges you literally can contact them. Please I am so tired of feeling like I'm doing this alone. Yes protesting is good but if you directly contact these asshats and you tell them that they are asshats the best way to do it is to leave a message, you can use text now if you have to I pretty sure you can fucking star 69 them but I would just go with text now or something if you care about your phone number being on record.

Guys I've been doing this for years please please please please start getting involved directly with your legislators. Leave them angry messages. Do not threaten them because that is illegal but get as angry sounding as your voice feels like it wants to fucking get and you hold no punches you tell them motherfuckers that they suck cock and they fucking need to do better at their jobs or you're going to go vote against them. And you let them know that you're not the only one that's pissed off and that all of the American people are watching them and we're all angry as shit right now and it's only going to get worse until they do their fucking jobs right.

Also if anyone is wondering why my reply is so insane and why I go about this the way I go about this I am literally a Florida man. It's just what I do. But we all need to be Florida men right now. And Florida women and Florida non-binaries we need to all just be Florida people of the lower class right now towards our government.

Become ungovernable like Florida man. There's a reason we are like this. Yeah it's a silly meme, but also, there's a reason we are like this as a swing state. lower class Floridians are typically democratic the only Republicans are pretty much upper class unless you're talking about meth heads in macclenny or some small town bullshit. And even those in the small towns are not nearly as bigoted as the people in our legislative offices. Meth heads in macclenny are less bigoted than the people in our legislative offices. Because they're still lower class and they still understand that there are systematic struggles rather their educated on that or not.

We're at the final bastion here. It's time for y'all to reach deep down inside yourselves and activate your inner Florida man and you send that angry mother fucker right for your legislative offices voicemail boxes.

Don't wait until they're banging down on your door, because they're already banging down on our neighbor's doors. And it's pretty fucked to just let that happen and not even say a word about it. Because if I saw ice break into my neighbor's house and take them away I would be out in my front yard calling them pieces of shit the entire fucking time at the very least. I would not let them think that that went unseen and that I agreed with that or that I would just let that slide without even saying a word.

Ok so best thing for you to do is keep track of bills in your state. There are websites to check this, resistbot is also good to stay in the loop, get engaged with anyone you can locally that'll listen to you. Branch out and get people mad and get them to call your legislators with you.

Look up your secretary of state, governor, school board super attendant, senators, house members , and circuit clerk offices in your state. Another good number to have is your states public safety department.

Call them for anything. If you don't know who to call and bitch out, then bitch them all out, shit gets through the grapevine that way. I once bitched out the Georgia department of safety and either secretary of state or governor so bad that they held an emergency meeting an hour after my call and did something It was over the biolab fire.

Anytime you see ANYTHING these people do that you don't like, you call them and tell them to go fuck themselves, you tell them WHY you are mad recite the bill you are mad at that's important!! And Don say anything that can be a threat. Do not tell them to die, that's a threat.

sorry no. if you make someone sign a contract to be in a place for x number of years, you pay to feed them. you can just have no makeup rooms in the Pentagon or like, fewer guns and shit. fewer contracts full of corruption and drones and all that. (or you know, a much smaller military with a budget that can actually be managed. i'd say no military, but i know how the world works.)
