I've been thinking a lot about Cold and Calm exterior Miles Edgeworth lately, the airport scene with Franziska von Karma, and the similarities between these siblings and other supposedly emotionless characters like Spock and Homura Akemi

a sickfic where Miles Edgeworth is so deliriously fevered he thinks he's seeing the ghosts of his fathers both, and subsequently has a confessional style scene where he lays his fears and guilt bare. He's talking to his sister, Franziska von Karma, the entire time.

it doesn't assuage the hurt and pain she feels for his actions or his letter, it doesn't take it all away.

I need him snotty and hacking and barely able to stand and completely reliant on her and for her to come to terms with how human it all is, after everything they still trust each other and need each other

i need "Miles Edgeworth, if you do not shut up and take your flu medication, I will strike you down and leave you incapacitated once more!"
