This is a small zine/comic from a part of an interview i did with my mom for a college project. She talked for 13 minutes, and at some point she was just saying all those things about growing up in the riverside. I illustrated it in this format and am participating in my first art fair where i'll table with copies of it, among other things! I love making art about our origins and culture, and this was definitely a really cool moment to show her.
