Batman/Deadpool #1 Covers Revealed
Back in May, it was announced that DC and Marvel would finally be teaming back up for a new crossover between the Dark Knight and the Merc With A Mouth in two one-shot comics coming out this fall. And now we get to see the official covers for DC's one-shot, Batman/Deadpool #1. For all the details and images, check out the press release below.
 BATMAN/DEADPOOL #1:
A Comic Book with 200% More Grant Morrison-esque Grant Morrison Than Ever Before! Batman/Deadpool #1 shows readers that comic books can be fun, fearless, and gloriously unhinged. What happens when the World's Greatest Detective meets the Merc with a Mouth? Reality folds in on itself. Archetypes collide. Darkseid is. And, somewhere between Apokolips and Earth-TRN666, a sentient street named Danny hums show tunes about a crusading cape! DC Comics today revealed that Batman/Deadpool #1, a 64-page one-shot crossover comic book with a main cover by Dan Mora, retailing for $7.99 US, hits shelves on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. But DC's Batman/Deadpool #1 isn't just a comic book crossover between iconic publishers, it's a metaphysical car crash between two storytelling philosophies. One character broods in the shadows of trauma and justice. The other cartwheels through chaos, breaking the fourth wall and occasionally the laws of physics. Together, they're forced to confront a threat that doesn't just endanger their worlds—it questions their very existence as fictional constructs. With a main story by Grant Morrison and Dan Mora, Batman/Deadpool #1 launches a reality-bending saga that's equal parts cosmic horror, slapstick noir, and metafictional therapy session. It's the kind of comic book that knows it's a comic book, revels in being a comic book, weaponizes its comic bookiness—and dares you to keep reading anyway! Buckled into the backseat of Morrison and Mora's Batmobile, four all-star bonus stories come roaring in, each crafted by a bona fide who's who of comic book creators: Comic legends collide as Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV, and Joshua Williamson join forces with Hayden Sherman to conjure a spellbinding Constantine meets Doctor Strange saga. Tom Taylor and Bruno Redondo deliver a kinetic, emotionally-charged encounter between Nightwing (Dick Grayson) and Wolverine (Laura Kinney), where acrobatics meet adamantium in a story that cuts deep. Mariko Tamaki and Amanda Conner unleash chaos and charisma in a riotous Harley Quinn vs. Hulk showdown, while G. Willow Wilson and Denys Cowan electrify the page with a high-voltage tale starring Static and Ms. Marvel. These additional stories expand the scope and amplify the wild ambition of Batman/Deadpool #1, offering fans even more collisions of tone, style, and character chemistry. From brooding to bonkers, the Batman/Deadpool #1 creative teams go all in. Ahead of DC's Batman/Deadpool #1 arriving in November, Marvel's Deadpool/Batman #1 will publish on September 17. Both of these incredible one-shot comic books will deliver explosive sagas starring DC's Caped Crusader and Marvel's Merc with a Mouth, along with bonus stories that showcase additional team-ups and showdowns between legendary characters from both universes. To push the limits of DC's cosmic collision of comic book characters even further, Batman/Deadpool #1 will feature an extraordinary lineup of cardstock variant covers, including a wraparound blank blue cardstock sketch variant cover with the Batman/Deadpool logos and a foil variant of Dan Mora's main cover, all retailing $8.99 US, from some of the most iconic and inventive artists in comics: - Dan Mora – Batman/Deadpool wraparound - Lee Bermejo – The Joker/Doctor Doom - Mark Brooks – Zatanna/Scarlet Witch - Jim Cheung and Jay David Ramos – Wonder Woman/Captain America - Amanda Conner and Alex Sinclair – Harley Quinn/Hulk - Nick Dragotta and Frank Martin – Batman/The Punisher - Jenny Frison – Wonder Woman/Storm - Andy Kubert and Alejandro Sánchez – Robin (Damian Wayne)/Gambit - Jae Lee and June Chung – Big Barda/Savage Land Rogue - Jim Lee, Scott Williams and Alex Sinclair – Batman/Wolverine - Alexander Lozano – Wonder Woman/Ms. Marvel - Sean Murphy and Simon Gough – Lobo/Deadpool - Frank Quitely – Batman/Deadpool - Bruno Redondo – Nightwing (Dick Grayson)/Wolverine (Laura Kinney) - Hayden Sherman – John Constantine/Doctor Strange - Bill Sienkiewicz – Batman/Deadpool — a The Incredible Hulk #340 homage - Ryan Sook – Batman/Deadpool — a Crisis on Infinite Earths #7 homage - Sozomaika – Catwoman/Emma Frost With Morrison and Mora at the wheel, an all-star crew riding shotgun, and a pit crew of legendary artists delivering cardstock variant covers that expand the DC/Marvel crossover even further, DC's Batman/Deadpool #1 is a showcase of comic book creativity. And yes, there will be owls. There will be blades. There will be blood. There will be a giant typewriter! Check out Mora's wraparound variant cover below and stay tuned for a deeper look into DC's Batman/Deadpool #1 in the coming months. Further updates from DC and Marvel on this historic crossover initiative will be revealed soon.

Harley Quinn & Elvira Team Up For New DC/Dynamite Crossover
This August, DC Comics and Dynamite Entertainment will team up to bring fans the crossover they never knew they wanted, HARLEY QUINN X ELVIRA, in a wild, 6-issue miniseries. Check out the press release below for all the details. Â DC's Harley Quinn and Elvira's Halloween Bash Starts This August! All-Star Creative Team Crafts Can't-Miss Crossover! May 16, Mt. Laurel, NJ:Â Dynamite Entertainment, DC, and Queen "B" Productions today announced the official full details and launch for the hotly anticipated crossover between two cherished superstars, Harley Quinn and Elvira Mistress of the Dark. Harley Quinn X Elvira #1 releases this August!
Two of the biggest icons across pop culture, and inspirations to everyone who is a bit quirky, funny, macabre, and daring, are crossing paths this year and are joined by a who's who of top creators and veteran contributors to their tales. As the scintillating story begins, readers will meet a bored Harley Quinn — this is very bad news for everyone else! While Elvira is faced with an uncertain future as her TV show is under siege by suits and corporate cuts. When these two peerless pariahs cross paths, what follows will be the most ridiculous Halloween party ever seen — and never wanted! The world-famous tag-team and comic book power couple of Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti return once more to writing the cupid of crime. Their indelible chronicling of Harley's wild rollercoaster ride of a life through the 2010s significantly added to the foundation from which the massively popular character stands on to this day across media. This new escapade with Elvira will feature the beloved Brooklyn backdrop and some fan-favorite characters from their hallowed DC Harley Quinn adventures.
"I've been fortunate to have experienced a lot of crazy parties, both as attendee and host, with guest lists that would make your eyeballs pop out. And recently, in comics, I've crossed paths with many unexpected characters, but this is one of my most exciting yet!," said Cassandra Peterson, the voice and visage behind the Mistress of the Dark. "The party invite is open to all my fans, and Harley's too!" "What I remember about first discovering Elvira is wanting to be like her," said Amanda Conner. "She’s got that sense of humor, that love of horror and comedy, and that hair and boobs and gorgeousness, all dialed up to eleven. I think she was (and still is) a great role model for all us weird girls." Jimmy Palmiotti added, "When we were offered this crossover with Elvira, it was the easiest thing in the world to make it work for us. Die hard fans of our work will feel like we never left Harley, while at the same time, we can take her on a new adventure with her new friend Elvira. This series is so much fun." In adding the Mistress of the Dark to the mix, they are joined by the wonderful Juan Samu. This inimitable illustrator returns to channeling the vivacious horror hostess, following his celebrated work on Elvira Meets Vincent Prince, back again for her next and perhaps biggest team-up to date. Samu will be pulling the heavy duty in bringing their scripts to the page, but as an exciting surprise, the one and only Amanda Conner will also be providing select interior artwork through the series! As an incredible renaissance woman just like her two stars, Conner will be co-writing, contributing artwork, as well as TWO covers for each issue in this sizzling six issue event for the ages. She's joined for this momentous meet-up by fellow cover artist superstars Joseph Michael Linsner and Ben Caldwell. Plus, covers by one of comics' most scorching hot rising stars in Mark Spears, known for his hit Mark Spears' Monsters series. Last but certainly not least, Jimmy and Amanda's longtime Harley Quinn collaborator Chad Hardin also contributes covers! HARLEY QUINN X ELVIRA #1 is solicited in Diamond Comic Distributors’ June 2025 Previews catalog, the premier source of merchandise for the comic book specialty market, and slated for release in August 2025. Comic book fans are encouraged to preorder copies of the book with their local comic book retailers. It will also be available for individual customer purchase through digital platforms courtesy of Comixology, Kindle, iBooks, Google Play, Dynamite Digital, ComicsPlus, and more!
