Redingote fendue derrière, en arcade, pour laisser passer la draperie. Cette redingote, faite en drap pointillé et rayé de plusieurs teintes sur fond amadou, s'ouvre devant du haut en bas. Col, poches marquis et parements de manches en faille bleu de roi, pareille à celle de la robe. Àumônière en cuir, suspendue à une ceinture.

Underdress in marvelous royal blue faille, fully pleated from top to bottom, draped behind, trimmed with three pleated flounces. Frock coat split behind, in arch, to let the drapery pass. This frock coat, made of dotted and striped cloth in several shades on an amadou background, opens in front from top to bottom. Collar, marquis pockets and sleeve cuffs in royal blue faille, similar to that of the dress. Leather purse, suspended from a belt.

Costume de voyage ou de promenade. En lainage bronze uni, même lainage broché à petites fleurs bleu ciel, et faille bronze unie. La jupe, plissée perpendiculairement, est faite avec le lainage uni. La seconde jupe, drapée très-haut sur la hanche, est en lainage broché, ainsi que le corsage à pointe. Le gilet est fait en faille. Des nœuds en ruban de même teinte fixent la seconde jupe sur la hanche et sur la jupe de dessous. Chapeau de paille bronze, avec grand oiseau aux ailes déployées.

Travel or walking costume. In plain bronze woolen fabric, same brocaded woolen fabric with small sky blue flowers, and plain bronze faille. The skirt, pleated perpendicularly, is made with plain wool. The second skirt, draped very high on the hip, is of brocaded wool, as is the pointed bodice. The waistcoat is made of faille. Ribbon bows of the same shade fasten the second skirt on the hip and on the underskirt. Bronze straw hat, with large bird with outstretched wings.
