No, this is wrong. Lets look over the defenition of "identity" real quick—

Identity refers to the qualities, *beliefs*, *personality*, looks, and expressions that make a person or group who they are. It is a combination of self-awareness (*how you see yourself*) and social perception (*the roles you play and how others label you*). Said by Google, other sources linked to Google, other sites, my doctors, AND psychiatrist.

Alterhumanity share the same traits as what identity describes too.

• belief

• personality traits

• how you see yourself

A mental therian usuallt can have a cat-like expression

A spiritual therian usually has their beliefs

A mental therian usually has personality traits of an animal

A physical therian is how they see themself.

Its okay to admit you find something weird, but calling others delusional for it is inherently harmful and disrespectful, and this can go for anyone.

Man, that sucks hard. Can't wait for anti-endos to eventually mature and realize that endogenic systems are litteraly doing nothing wrong by existing. In our opinion, people who are not systems should not have opinions on system matters, syscourse, validity of systems, etc. Especially with the idea they have the right to fakeclaim systems.

While we're on this topic, we'd like to complain on the amount of fictionkin/alterhuaman servers we find that are anti-endo. Like.. does thy not realize that plurality is a spectrum of alterhumanity? Apparently not.

It's increasingly hard for our alters, such as @lucifer-the-fickin who are fictionkin to find pro endo, or at the very least endo neutral servers.

It seems like I've had a surge of blogs following lately that are bloggers who are not human! I would say alterhuman, but I see in some pinned posts that not everyone aligns with that term.

This has motivated me to ask a few questions, since I've been told that there are many non-humans(?) in the paraphile community, and I want to be as inclusive as possible with my language. These questions are open for anyone to answer, and obviously I know that not every answer will be the same. But it's helpful for someone like me who doesn't know much about this community. You can reblog, reply, or submit an ask with your answer, to whichever questions you would like to answer.

Questions

When someone is speaking generally and uses 'people' terms (i.e. saying 'people', 'person', 'human', etc.), how does that make you feel? Is it okay because someone is speaking generally and not calling you a human directly, or is it still not okay?

Are there any terms aside from 'being' and 'beings' that you use to replace human-centered language? (That's the only one I've seen so far.)

Do words like 'someone', 'anyone', and 'everyone' count as human-centered language? Or is it okay because that 'one' could refer to any being, human or not?

Do you accept the use of 'theriform' to distinguish between the 'traditional' definition of animal and the more inclusive definition that includes alterhumans and nonhumans? If someone says not to distinguish the two, do you believe that would make it harder to discuss contact stances (i.e. the difference between being anti-contact with theriform animals and anti-contact with alterhumans/nonhumans [if that's even a stance])?

Is 'otherkin' a separate label from 'alterhuman'? Is it okay to use the two interchangably?
