#alterhuman flag

This flag was coined by me (@cryopathyzone) and @the-complicity-system as a flag to represent specifically anti endo alterhumans (of course), as our own little flag unique to us! I'm so glad he could help out with the flag's design, because I had the colors down, but I was struggling a bit with putting it all together. This was a nice flag to start off this blog, so I hope you enjoy it!

The yellow represents alterhumanity. It's a natural yet mystical color, representing the nonhuman aspects that make up alterhumans. It also represents the various labels that make up alterhuman, such as therian, otherkin, etc, by encompassing both the natural and unnatural beings within the alterhuman community.

The pink represents systemhood. It's a color reminiscent of the brain, which resembles how systems are only brought up through trauma at a young age, trauma that affects their mental health throughout their lives. The pink being right in between red (an intense color) and blue (a relaxing color) also resembles how being a system will have its ups and downs, its calm times and stressful times.

The white stripe in the middle, first of all, is the alterhuman stripe, so more alterhumanity representation. But second, it also resembles connection and unity between the two groups. However, you'll notice that it's not a perfect white. That resembles how it's not a perfect unity, because of - you guessed it - pro endos, and other nontraumagenics, who claim that the alterhuman label is only for them, and try to push the two groups apart. (Some of them even claim systemhood is only for them, which is a yikes!)

So that's the symbolism behind the flag. I hope you all enjoy it. I personally like how it turned out.
